Assures coding and abstracting functions are performed in an, accurate, timely manner and which adhere to official coding guidelines. Also responsible for operational processes which support the organizational quality and revenue cycle initiatives. Coding Certification required. Minimum of five years of acute care coding experience. Previous experience leading or managing day to day operations or a function or group. Good oral, written and organizational skills. Proficient with MS office products.
